Scott Patterson ans Christy Marvin captured titles at Saturday’s Crow Pass Crossing. Patterson battled the always challenging course in 3 hours, 3 minutes and 39 seconds, holding off second place Tracen Knopp by about nine minutes.
Marvin, meanwhile, was part of a three-woman battle for the top spot, along with Ann Spencer and Jessica Vetsch. In what ended up being one of the closest finishes in Crow Pass women’s history, Marvin fended off Spencer by 23 seconds, while Vetsch was just 30 seconds off the winning pace.
